Authentication Data

We temporarily store OTP codes in secure systems for verification purposes. These OTPs are automatically deleted after successful verification or expiration.

We store secure authentication credentials, including access tokens and refresh tokens, to maintain user sessions and provide seamless authentication within the app.

Location Data

With your permission, we collect your device location (latitude and longitude) using your device's location services to provide accurate pickup and service locations.

We may also store a readable address linked to your account for service delivery purposes.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate and improve our application, including:

• Cloudinary: Used for securely storing and serving uploaded jewellery images.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): Used for delivering push notifications related to orders, status updates, and service information.

Permissions

The app may request the following permissions:

• Location access (to provide accurate pickup and service locations)
• Camera access (to capture jewellery images)
• Photo library access (to upload jewellery images from your device)
